This aAgreement made this _____ day of _______________, 202_, by and between the Town of Mount Airy, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, party of the first part (hereafter the “Town”) and LDG Ridgeville, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, and Ridgeville Joint Venture, a Maryland General Partnership (hereafter collectively “Owner”, “Developer”, and/or “Owner/Developer”), parties of the second part. Reference to “Owner” herein shall be construed to include “Developer”, and vice-versa.
