This Traffic Control Improvements Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated effective as of the day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”) is executed by and between K29 1941 Investments, LP, a Texas limited partnership (hereinafter, “K29”), Highway 29 Commercial, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (hereinafter, “Highway 29”), and Williamson County, Texas, a political subdivision organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter, “County”). K29, Highway 29, and the County are sometimes collectively called “Parties” or individually a “Party.”
