This Upline Marketing Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made between Aetna Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates (“Aetna”), and the undersigned Upline (“Upline”) (individually, each a “Party,” and collectively, “Parties”).
