In this agreement the words “you” and “your” mean each and all those who agree to be bound by this Agreement; “Card” means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; “Account” means your Visa credit card line of credit account with CENTRAL ONE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

In this Agreement the words“we,”“us” and“ours” means Firefly Federal Credit Union. The words“you” and“your” mean each and all of those who apply for a Visa Signature Credit Card Account. “Account” means your Visa Signature Credit Card Account with us. “Card” or “Cards” means the Visa Signature Credit Card and any duplicates and renewals we issue. Card or Cards also refers to any Convenience Check(s) or other credit devices issued to you in connection with your Account. “Convenience Check(s)” or “Check(s)” means the checks issued to you in connection with your Account. By keeping the Visa Signature Credit Card, signing it, using or permitting another to use it, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
