This Contract MA-060-23011224 for Water Softener System Maintenance (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "County") and CRH California Water, Inc. dba Culligan of Santa Ana, with a place of business at 502 S. Lyon St., Santa Ana, CA 92701 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"), with a County and Contractor sometimes referred to as "Party" or collectively as "Parties".
