THIS PROGRAM CONTRACT is made by and between (“Landowner”), and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (“NRCS”), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (“CCC”). The Landowner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of this Contract. The Landowner and NRCS are collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
