LESSEE agrees to remove the units described at the termination of this rental agreement. Boats not moved by this date shall, at the option of the LESSOR, be charged rent on a daily basis of $10.00 per day for each day or portion thereof the space is occupied. In the event non-removal of the boat or stored property presents a hazard to other persons or property, or interferes with normal business operations, LESSOR shall reserve the right to remove the boat or property to another location AT LESSEE’S RISK and LESSEE AGREES TO PAY ALL COSTS INVOLVED IN THE REMOVAL OF SAID BOAT OR PROPERTY.

Your acceptance of this proposal by signature below and return of this contract to our office will constitute a contract entered into in accordance with the charges, terms and conditions contained herein. I hereby authorize the service described above. Further, I hereby authorize Alpa Pools & Spas LLC to bill the supplied credit card or any other credit cards on file for the goods and/or services provided that are unpaid 30 days after invoice date. Acceptance of late payments or partial payments, checks or money orders marked “payment in full” or other statements indicating settlement of your account will not affect any of our rights under this agreement. Further, any delay on our part in enforcing our rights under this agreement will not affect those rights. Any unpaid bills will be subject to a 2% per month 24% per annum finance charge effective 30 days from date of invoice. If legal action is needed to collect any uncollected funds, you agree to be responsible to pay all associated
