CONTRACTOR will provide workforce services and job placement assistance to adult and dislocated worker participants and youth participants eligible for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (“WIOA”) program and other board approved programs. (“Program”). The following Program services will be provided to WIOA adult and dislocated worker participants: Basic Career Services which are informational or self-service, and Individualized Career Services which require staff assistance.
