The following terms constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, as an Investor (“Investor,” “you”) and Worthy Community Bonds, Inc., a Florida corporation, and any subsidiary of Worthy Community Bonds, Inc., (collectively “Worthy,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all purchases of Worthy Community Bonds (the “Worthy Community Bonds”) that you may, from time to time, make from Worthy.
