Method of transport. 3.3.1. Unless otherwise agreed in the purchase contract, the method of delivery of the goods is determined by the seller. In the event that the method of delivery is agreed upon at the request of the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the risk associated with such method of delivery, including any additional costs for the chosen method of delivery.
