Notwithstanding Clauses. 9.1 to 9.3, Xxxxxxx.xxx may disclose any information regarding the Accommodation and/or the Agreement with Xxxxxxx.xxx Affiliated Companies. This shall include, but not be limited to the Confidential Information and information about the Accommodation’s performance under the Agreement and its compliance with Xxxxxxx.xxx’s policies. Xxxxxxx.xxx will ensure that any Xxxxxxx.xxx Affiliated Companies that receive the Confidential Information will be bound by the same obligation of confidentiality by which it is bound.
