Examples of 2006 ISDA Definitions in a sentence
For the purposes of this subparagraph (i), ISDA Rate for an Interest Period means a rate equal to the Floating Rate that would be determined by the Agent under an interest rate swap transaction if the Agent were acting as Calculation Agent for that swap transaction under the terms of an agreement incorporating the 2006 ISDA Definitions, as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.
This Agreement, each Confirmation, and each Transaction are subject to the 2006 ISDA Definitions (the “Definitions”), as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., and will be governed in all respects by the provisions set forth in the Definitions with references to “Swap Transaction” therein being a reference to “Transaction” for purposes of this Agreement.
The definitions and provisions contained in the 2006 ISDA Definitions (as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.) are incorporated into this Confirmation.
