2009 Notes definition

2009 Notes means the $1,125.0 million aggregate principal amount and €450.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2009 Indenture.
2009 Notes means the approximately $370 million in principal amount outstanding of 7% unsecured notes, issued by Great Lakes Chemical Corporation pursuant to the 2009 Notes Indenture.
