A Commitment definition
A Commitment means, as to each A Lender, the amount set forth ------------ opposite such A Lender's name on Schedule I-A hereto under the caption A - Commitment or, if such A Lender has entered into one or more Assignment and ---------- Acceptances, the amount set forth for such A Lender with respect thereto in the Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 10.07 hereof, in each case as such amount may be reduced or increased pursuant to Section 2.05.
A Commitment means, with respect to any Bank at any time, the amount set forth opposite such Bank’s name on the signature pages hereto under the caption “A Commitment” or, if such Bank has entered into one or more Assignment and Acceptances, set forth for such Bank in the Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 8.02(d) as such Bank’s “A Commitment”, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.04.
A Commitment means in relation to the Original Lender, the amount set opposite its name under the heading "A Commitment" in Part 2 of Schedule 1 (Original Properties and Original Lenders) to the extent not cancelled or reduced by it under or in accordance with this Agreement.
Examples of A Commitment in a sentence
Within the limits of each Lender’s Unused Tranche A Commitment, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, the Tranche A Borrowers may borrow under this Section 2.1(a), prepay under Section 2.4, and reborrow under this Section 2.1(a).

More Definitions of A Commitment
A Commitment means, as to any Bank, the amount of commitment to make Committed Rate A Advances or participate in Letters of Credit set forth opposite such Bank's name on the signature pages hereof or, if such Bank has entered into one or more Assignments and Acceptances, the amount thereof set forth for such Bank in the Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 9.08(c), as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.04.
A Commitment means, in relation to any Bank at any time and save as otherwise provided herein, the amount set opposite its name in the second column of the First Schedule.
A Commitment means, with respect to each Lender, the commitment of ------------ such Lender to make A Revolving Credit Loans to the Company as set forth in Schedule 1.01A hereto, as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
