A Facility definition

A Facility in relation to a Lender at any time, and save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the amount set opposite its name in the relevant column of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Lenders and Commitments) or as specified in the Transfer Deed pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party to this Agreement;
A Facility has the meaning assigned to that term in sub-Section 3.1.1 of Section 3.1 (The Facilities).

Examples of A Facility in a sentence

  • A Facility Safety Plan from the PI’s institution may have been received previously and approved by the USAMRMC.

  • A Facility Safety Plan from each PI’s Institution is required; it will be requested at award negotiations.

  • A Facility Safety Plan is also required and will be requested at a later date.

  • A Facility which mainly provides full-time Skilled Nursing Care for Ill or Injured people who do not need to be in a Hospital.

  • The Term A Borrowing shall consist of Term A Loans made simultaneously by the Term A Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentage of the Term A Facility.


More Definitions of A Facility

A Facility save as otherwise provided in this Agreement:
A Facility means a single Facility. References tothe Facilities” shall mean the Facilities, collectively, unless otherwise stated.
A Facility the principal amount of each advance made or to be made under the A Facility or arising in respect of the A Facility under Clause 14.3 (Consolidation and Division of Term Facility Advances);
A Facility means the $250,000,000 facility under this Agreement for Loans which facility expires on the A-Commitment Expiry Date.
A Facility means the revolving dollar loan facility granted to the Borrower pursuant to paragraph (i) of Clause 2.1 (Grant of Facilities).
A Facility or “B Facility” (whether used as defined terms or within defined terms) shall, where necessary, be read and construed accordingly; and
