A-la-carte means offering of the Available Channels individually or standalone basis;
A-la-carte or “al-a-carte channel” means an offering of the television Channel individually on a standalone basis;
A-la-carte means offering a television channel individually on a standalone basis by the Broadcaster to the Operator and set out in Annexure A.

A-la-carte means the sale of content to Client’s Subscribers outside of a Tier.
A-la-carte means a beverage or food product sold in schools to students during the lunch period that is not part of the United States department of agriculture school meal program.
A-la-carte means individually priced food items (i.e., protein, fruits, vegetables, grains, and milk). Multiple a la carte items purchased at the same time may constitute a qualified meal if the combination of multiple items meets the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requisites.

Affiliate shall designate one (1) channel on each System for the carriage of the Service prior to the commencement of the delivery of the Service on such System. Affiliate may change, from time to time, the channel designation on which the Service is carried; provided, however, -------- ------- that Affiliate shall give G*A*C written notice of the change and the new channel designation at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such change.
A-la-carte. High School Coaching services are any services purchased in addition to or instead of a predefined High School Coaching package. All A la Carte Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are billed at a rate of $325 per hour. These services may include additional essay reviews, intensive essay development sessions, advocacy or correspondence with private high schools, additional meetings with the Professional Tutoring consultant, or any other services as agreed upon by Professional Tutoring and the client. Billing will include the time spent delivering any requested services, as well as any and all necessary time spent preparing for the delivery of said services, including research and correspondence. Payment for A la Carte Services is due within 15 days of billing.

All points unused upon departure from residence past the close of a semester are non-refundable.
