Abandoned Goods definition

Abandoned Goods means goods (including the Dwelling) which become abandoned under Clause 11.2.
Abandoned Goods means goods that may be treated as abandoned goods under section 48(1);

More Definitions of Abandoned Goods

Abandoned Goods means any goods which have been left unattended for more than 24 hours and whose owner cannot be located;
