If the Student causes a noise nuisance to a local resident, the Local Authority has very wide powers to take action including the service of a Warning Notice, Fixed Penalty Notice or an Abatement Notice and the equipment which is causing the noise nuisance may be impounded.
In addition, if an Abatement Event continues for thirty (30) consecutive days after any Abatement Notice, Sublessee may terminate this sublease by written notice to Sublessor at any time prior to the date such Abatement Event is cured by Sublessor.
