ABL Collateral definition

ABL Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any ABL Obligations.
ABL Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
ABL Collateral means “ABL Priority Collateral” as defined in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Collateral means any and all present and future right, title and interest of the Grantors in and to the following, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, existing or arising, and wherever located to the extent constituting Common Collateral: (a) all Accounts Receivable and related Records; (b) all Chattel Paper; (c) all Deposit Accounts, Commodities Accounts, Securities Accounts and all lock-boxes at any bank, including all Money and Certificated Securities, Uncertificated Securities, Securities Entitlements and Investment Property or other assets credited thereto or deposited therein (including all cash, cash equivalents, marketable securities and other funds held in or on deposit in any such Deposit Account, Commodity Account or Securities Account but excluding all equity interests of or owned by any of the Grantors and all such assets relating to Intellectual Property), and all cash, cash equivalents, checks and other negotiable instruments, funds and other evidences of payments (but excluding the Non-ABL Sweep Collateral Account and any cash or other assets held in the Non-ABL Sweep Collateral Account in accordance with the Term Loan Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof or, provided that any amendment or modification to the terms thereof with respect to such Non-ABL Sweep Account are not materially adverse to the Revolving Credit Lenders, the Term Loan Credit Agreement as Amended from time to time); (d) all Inventory; (e) to the extent evidencing, governing, securing or otherwise related to the items referred to in the preceding clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) of this definition, all contracts, contract rights, payment intangibles, Documents, Instruments, Letter of Credit Rights and Commercial Tort Claims and other claims or causes of action; (f) all books, Records and data processing software directly relating to, or arising from any of the foregoing; and (g) all substitutions, replacements, products, Supporting Obligations and Proceeds (including, insurance proceeds, income, payments, damages and proceeds of suit) of any and all of the foregoing. For the avoidance of doubt, ABL Collateral shall not include Intellectual Property.
ABL Collateral means all or any of the following assets and properties owned as of the Issue Date, or at any time thereafter acquired, by the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary: (1) all Inventory; (2) all Accounts arising from the sale of Inventory or the provision of services; (3) to the extent evidencing, governing or securing the obligations of Account Debtors in respect of the items referred to in the preceding clauses (1) and (2), all (a) General Intangibles, (b) Chattel Paper, (c) Instruments, (d) Documents, (e) Payment Intangibles (including tax refunds), other than any Payment Intangibles that represent tax refunds in respect of or otherwise relate to real property, Fixtures or Equipment and (f) Supporting Obligations; (4) collection accounts and Deposit Accounts, including any Lockbox Account, and any cash or other assets in any such accounts constituting Proceeds of clause (1) or (2) (excluding identifiable cash proceeds in respect of real estate, Fixtures or Equipment or from the sale of the Bonds); (5) all Indebtedness that arises from cash advances to enable the obligor or obligors thereon to acquire Inventory, and any Deposit Account into which such cash advances are deposited (excluding identifiable cash proceeds from the sale of the Bonds); (6) all books and records related to the foregoing; and (7) all Products and Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing in whatever form received, including proceeds of insurance policies related to Inventory or Accounts arising from the sale of Inventory of the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary or the provision of services by the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary and business interruption insurance. All capitalised terms used in this definition and not defined elsewhere herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Uniform Commercial Code;
