ABL Documents definition

ABL Documents means the ABL Agreement, each ABL Security Document, each ABL Guarantee and each other “Loan Document” as defined in the ABL Agreement (other than this Agreement).
ABL Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the ABL Obligations, including, without limitation, the ABL Credit Agreement and the ABL Security Documents and Secured Cash Management Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof) and Secured Hedge Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof).
ABL Documents as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Examples of ABL Documents in a sentence

  • The DIP ABL Agent shall retain all rights as DIP ABL Agent under the DIP ABL Documents in connection with the delivery of the distributions to the DIP ABL Lenders.

  • As used in this paragraph “repaid in full in Cash” shall mean the indefeasible payment in full in cash of all DIP ABL Obligations, the cancellation, backing, or cash collateralization of letters of credit under the DIP Facility in accordance with the terms of the DIP ABL Documents, and the termination of the DIP ABL Agents’ and DIP ABL Lenders’ obligation to extend credit under the DIP ABL Facility.

ABL Documents means the ABL Facility, any guarantees issued thereunder and the collateral and security documents (and intercreditor agreements) entered into in connection therewith.
ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Collateral Documents, all Swap Contracts and other Bank Products between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Bank Products Affiliate, all Cash Management Services agreements between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Cash Management Affiliate, those other ancillary agreements to which any ABL Secured Party is a party or beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Loan Party and delivered to the ABL Agents or any other ABL Secured Party, in connection with any of the foregoing or with the ABL Credit Agreement or the ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, in each case, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Guaranties, the ABL Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreements between any ABL Credit Party and any ABL Bank Products Affiliate, any Hedging Agreements between any ABL Credit Party and any ABL Hedging Affiliate, those other ancillary agreements as to which the ABL Agent or any ABL Lender is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the ABL Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
ABL Documents means any ABL Credit Agreement, any ABL Guaranty, any ABL Collateral Document, any ABL Cash Management Agreement between any ABL Credit Party and any ABL Cash Management Affiliate, any ABL Hedging Agreement between any ABL Credit Party and any ABL Hedging Bank, any other ancillary agreement executed and delivered by an ABL Credit Party as to which any ABL Secured Party is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Credit Party, and delivered to the ABL Agent or any other ABL Secured Party in connection with any of the foregoing or any ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
