ABL Facility Documents means the agreements and other instruments governing the ABL Facility, together with any guarantees thereof and any security documents, other collateral documents and other instruments relating thereto (including documents and instruments governing Hedging Obligations required by the ABL Facility or relating to ABL Obligations).

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Facility, the ABL Facility Security Documents and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Facility.

• The ABL Facility Secured Parties will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under their respective ABL Facility Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the ABL Facility Documents and/or any of the First-Priority Lien Obligations Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

More Definitions of ABL Facility Documents

ABL Facility Documents means, collectively, the ABL Loan Agreement, the ABL Facility Sponsor Guaranty, each other Loan Document (as defined in the ABL Loan Agreement), and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith (including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security documents).

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and each other document specified as a “Loan Document” in the ABL Credit Agreement, in each case, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms thereof, hereof and the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Facility Documents means the “Credit Documents” (or any analogous term or functional equivalent) under and as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Facility Documents means this Agreement and any credit agreement or similar document establishing any ABL Facility, the Collateral Documents, and other agreements, certificates and instruments delivered or given or continued pursuant to or in connection with any ABL Facility and all guarantees of the foregoing.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Facility and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Facility (as in effect on the date hereof and as amended or modified).

ABL Facility Documents means the collective reference to the ABL Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Intercreditor Agreement.
