Aboriginal Peoples definition

Aboriginal Peoples means the peoples of the Aboriginal race of Australia;
Aboriginal Peoples means persons who are Indians, Inuit or Métis;
Aboriginal Peoples shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(vv)(i).
