Abortive Visit definition

Abortive Visit means a visit (on premise or remotely) where BT is not able to access the Site, system, network, data, information, policy, Application or software due to failure or delay by you.
Abortive Visit has the meaning given to it in Clause 10.10
Abortive Visit has the meaning set out in Clause 7.3.

Examples of Abortive Visit in a sentence

  • Where a fault has been logged and we are unable to gain access to the Customer’s premises during the hours contracted then we may charge the Customer an Abortive Visit call out fee.

  • BT will charge the Developer for any subsequent visit(s) to inspect the Developer Works based on either Time Related Charges or Abortive Visit Charges in accordance with the Openreach Price List.

  • At the point of placing the order, availability of power sockets is clarified – where an installation cannot be completed due to the unavailability of power sockets, the installation will be aborted and Abortive Visit charges will be raised.

  • You shall pay the Charges (including, when applicable, Installation Charges, Abortive Visit Fee and the Cancellation Charges) to the Service Provider’s nominee.

  • If an installation or repair appointment is agreed with BT for work at the Site, and BT is unable to carry out the work at, or gain access to, the Site due to an act or omission by the Communications Provider or End User, BT may Charge the Communications Provider an Abortive Visit Charge, as set out in the Openreach Price List and the Events and Time Related Charges document.

  • If you don’t give us safe access on the survey date we agree, we may charge you an Abortive Visit Charge which is shown in Charges detailed in Section 3.

  • Where a fault has been logged and R&D Comms is unable to gain access to the Customer’s premises during the hours contracted then R&D Comms may charge the Customer an Abortive Visit call out fee.

  • Where the fault that has been logged has been a non-system fault, but instead one of the carrier (i.e. British Telecom or Cable & Wireless etc) and R&D Comms does not route the Customer’s call traffic then this will be deemed an Abortive Visit and will be charged at R&D Comms current rates and also charge the Customer for the call out and any parts used at its current rates.

  • Where a fault has been logged and TNBN is unable to gain access to the Customer’s premises during the hours contracted then TNBN may charge the Customer an Abortive Visit call out fee.

  • Abortive Visit: Payment for abortive visits shall be at the appropriate Arrival fee only and shall be conditional upon the correct procedure being followed for arranging and confirming attendance.

Related to Abortive Visit

  • Abortion means the intentional use of an instrument, drug, or other substance or device to terminate a woman's pregnancy for a purpose other than to increase the probability of a live birth, to preserve the life or health of the child after live birth, or to remove a dead fetus. Abortion does not include the use or prescription of a drug or device intended as a contraceptive.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;
