The Administration and the Association support the continued operation of an Emergency Sick Leave Reserve (ESLR) for faculty members, and Academic Department Chairs.
When sound academic reasons exist for doing so, a Faculty Member may be appointed jointly to an Academic Department and to a non-academic unit within the University.
