Acceleration Notice definition

Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Covered Bond Guarantee Activation Event” means the earlier to occur of (i) an Issuer Event of Default together with the service of an Issuer Acceleration Notice on the Issuer and the service of a Notice to Pay on the Guarantor; and (ii) a Guarantor Event of Default together with the service of a Guarantor Acceleration Notice on the Issuer and the Guarantor.

• Prior to service on the LLP of an LLP Acceleration Notice, the LLP will not be obliged to make any payments in respect of broken funding indemnities, penalties, premiums, default interest or interest on interest which may accrue on or in respect of the Covered Bonds.

Acceleration Notice. Written notice as follows:

Acceleration Notice means a written notice delivered by the Agent to the Borrower pursuant to Section 12.2 declaring all Obligations of the Borrower outstanding hereunder to be due and payable.
