Acceleration Request definition

Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.

Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to section 1.9.4A of this Schedule to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to sections 1.9.2 or 1.9.4.

Acceleration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 4 hereof.

Acceleration Request means within three business days of the date that the Company is notified (orally or in writing, whichever is earlier) by the Commission that a Registration Statement will not be reviewed or will not be subject to further review, a request for acceleration of effectiveness in accordance with Rule 461 promulgated under the Exchange Act is filed with the Commission, which request shall request an effective date that is within three business days of the date of such request.
