Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction definition

Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction means the Bahamas, Bermuda, Panama, the Xxxxxxxx Islands, the United States or such other flag jurisdiction as may be acceptable to the Required Lenders in their reasonable discretion.
Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.14.
Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction means each of the United States of America, the Republic of Liberia, the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Vanuatu, the Bahamas, Panama and any other jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the relevant Credit Party may transfer the Vessel to an Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction pursuant to the requirements set forth in the definition of “Flag Jurisdiction Transfer”.
