Acceptable Use definition

Acceptable Use in this Convention means any use of mercury or mercury compounds that is generally accepted due to the special needs of one or more Parties and because cost-effective alternatives for the use are unavailable. Acceptable Use. In using the Products and Services, you agree to use reasonable efforts to ensure that you and End Users associated with your account: ● Use the Products and Services for their intended purposes and do not share, resell or resupply them for any form of compensation; ● Comply with reasonable directions from us and our appointed subcontractors; ● Comply with all applicable terms within these Terms of Service; ● Comply with applicable laws; and ● Do not use the Products and Services in any way that could harm them or impair any other use of them.

  • Oracle may suspend Customer’s or Users’ access to, or use of, the Services if Oracle believes that (a) there is a significant threat to the functionality, security, integrity, or availability of the Services or any content, data, or applications in the Services; (b) Customer or Users are accessing or using the Services to commit an illegal act; or (c) there is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

  • In addition to other rights that Oracle has in this Agreement and Customer Order, Oracle has the right to take remedial action if the Acceptable Use Policy is violated, and such remedial action may include, without limitation, removing or disabling access to material that violates the policy and/or terminating the Customer’s Services.

  • Without limiting any term or condition of Egyptian’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy, Egyptian reserves the right to remove or disable access to any material which Egyptian reasonably believes to be in violation of any federal or state copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other intellectual property law or regulation.
