Acceptance Test Period definition

Acceptance Test Period means the period during which the Acceptance Procedures shall be performed, pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 2-5. Additional Charges has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.7.2 of this Contract.
Acceptance Test Period means the period during which the Acceptance Procedures shall be performed, pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 2-6. Acquired Rights Directive means the European Council Directive 77/187/EEC on the approximation of laws of European member states relating to the safeguarding of employees’ rights in the event of transfers of undertakings, businesses or parts of undertakings or businesses, as amended.
Acceptance Test Period means the length of time specified in an Order during which the Acceptance Tests are performed.

Examples of Acceptance Test Period in a sentence

  • If the CUSTOMER fails to carry out the relevant Acceptance Tests within the Acceptance Test Period and such failure is wholly and solely due to the actions or inactivity of the CUSTOMER, the Acceptance Tests shall be deemed to have been completed successfully.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall, during the Acceptance Test Period, make available the Ordered IT Products to the CUSTOMER (including any products supplied by the CONTRACTOR necessary to enable the provision of those Ordered IT Products) for the Acceptance Procedures to be performed.

More Definitions of Acceptance Test Period

Acceptance Test Period or “Trial Period” means the length of time specified in an Order, or, if not so specified, a period of no less than [***] days and no more than [***] working days, during which the Acceptance Tests are performed.
Acceptance Test Period for a Deliverable shall mean the applicable period Supply Agreement Confidential-WinStar/Lucent specified in Schedule E. In the event an Acceptance Test Period for a particular Deliverable is not specified in Schedule E and is not otherwise mutually agreed upon, the Acceptance Test Period shall be thirty (30) days from either Lucent Certification, if installed or implemented by Lucent, or delivery of the Deliverable, if not installed or implemented by Lucent.
