Accepted Servicing Practices definition

Accepted Servicing Practices. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those mortgage servicing practices of prudent mortgage lending institutions which service mortgage loans of the same type as such Mortgage Loan in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located.

Accepted Servicing Practices. The Servicer's normal servicing practices, which will conform to the mortgage servicing practices of prudent mortgage lending institutions that service for their own account mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loans in the jurisdictions in which the related Mortgaged Properties are located.

Accepted Servicing Practices. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those mortgage servicing practices set forth in Section 3.01(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Accepted Servicing Practices in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section, during the period in which any portion of the Mortgage Loan is subject to purchase by Note B Holder pursuant to this Section, the Mortgage Loan shall continue to be serviced by the applicable Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices.

• The Trustee is authorized to execute and deliver such documents as it determines to be necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms of the Trust Documents, including documents prepared by the Primary Servicer or a Subservicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices that are necessary or appropriate to enable the Primary Servicer or a Subservicer to service the Mortgage Loans.

• The Master Servicer will have no liability to any Holder other than for direct damages (i) resulting from its failure or the failure of a Primary Servicer to service in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, or (ii) due to a Servicing Event of Default.

• Subject to the foregoing, the course of action to be followed will be determined by the Primary Servicer or the Master Servicer, in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, to be the course of action most likely to produce the greatest recovery for the Trust.

• The Servicer, on behalf of the Holders, shall dispose of any REO Property utilizing reasonable best efforts, consistent with Accepted Servicing Practices, to maximize the proceeds of such disposal to the Holders (as a collective whole) if and when such Servicer determines, consistent with Accepted Servicing Practices, that such disposal would be in the best economic interest of the Holders (as a collective whole).

More Definitions of Accepted Servicing Practices

Accepted Servicing Practices. The servicing standards set forth in Section 3.01.

Accepted Servicing Practices. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those accepted and prudent mortgage servicing practices (including collection procedures) which are in accordance with the servicing practices and procedures as set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreements, and in a manner at least equal in quality to the servicing that Seller provides to mortgage loans which it owns in its own portfolio.
