Accepting Employee definition

Accepting Employee means each of the Retained Employees of Shoreline who has accepted Klondex's offer of employment.
Accepting Employee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (a) and (b).
Accepting Employee means all Transferred Regular Employees accepting the offer of Buyer to change their contracts of employment after the Closing.

More Definitions of Accepting Employee

Accepting Employee means any Employee (as defined in Section 7.17) who accepts the offer of employment extended by Asset Acquiror or Lafarge Canada, as the case may be, under Section 7.17(a) or who otherwise becomes employed by Asset Acquiror or Lafarge Canada on the Closing Date in accordance with Section 7.17(a).
