Examples of Accepting Members in a sentence

  • Charges for such transmittal shall be against the account of the Accepting Members, who will be required to indicate the method of transmission to be used by the Company in this regard (e.g., regular post, express courier, etc.).

  • Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.

  • Non-Contributing Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Voting Member means a Member holding one or more Voting Shares.
