Access Center definition

Access Center means a facility or facilities where Public, Educational, or Governmental use signals are managed and delivered to the Grantee for Downstream transmission to Subscribers or to other Access Centers via a dedicated connection.
Access Center means the coordinated provision of intake assessment, screening for multi-occurring conditions, care coordination, crisis stabilization residential services, subacute mental health services, and substance abuse treatment for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis who do not need inpatient psychiatric hospital treatment, but who do need significant amounts of supports and services not available in other home- and community-based settings.
Access Center means a facility that has medical, mental health, and substance abuse professionals to provide emergency screening and evaluation for mental health or substance abuse disorders and may provide transportation to an appropriate facility if an individual is in need of more intensive services.
