Access Charges definition

Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.
Access Charges means amounts payable by a Access Holder under a User Agreement for Access.

  • All privileges associated with Vehicular Access Charges require the individual(s) to obtain and use an NTTA Toll-Tag supported by a credit card.

Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to TSB for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix 1 hereof.
