Access Charges definition

Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

Access Charges means amounts payable by a Access Holder under a User Agreement for Access.

• All privileges associated with Vehicular Access Charges require the individual(s) to obtain and use an NTTA Toll-Tag supported by a credit card.

More Definitions of Access Charges

Access Charges means the charges determined in accordance with Schedule 3 payable to QR by the Access Holder for the Access Rights and any interest payable in relation to such charges pursuant to this Agreement;
