Access Doors definition

Access Doors. , “the Company”, “we” or “us” means Access Doors (TAS) Pty Ltd trading as Fenton Doors (ABN 30 145 480 771). Please refer to www.accesshardware.com.au for a full copy of Access Doors’ terms and conditions of supply.

Access Doors means of access to equipment areas and other spaces pertaining to a lift installation such as machine rooms, overhead machine spaces, etc, and with access usually restricted to authorised persons.

  • Access Data means the Login User name and Password of the Client, which are required so as to have access on and use the Platform(s) any other secret codes issued by the Company to the Client to allow him place Orders.

  • Access Date means the date on which all of the documents and matters referred to in subclause (8)(c) are approved or determined under the relevant section of the Access Act or of the Access Code;

  • Access Seeker means an Operator who:

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Access Credentials means any username, identification number, password, license or security key, security token, PIN or other security code, method, technology or device used, alone or in combination, to verify an individual’s identity and authorization to access and use Hosted Services.

  • Access Road means Kuchha road connecting excavating pit to mine approach road.

  • Access line means an exchange access line that has the ability to access dial tone and reach a public safety answering point.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.

  • Access Rights means licences and user rights to foreground or background;

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).
