Access Easement definition

Access Easement means an easement recorded for the purposed of providing vehicle, bicycle and/or pedestrian access from a public street to a parcel across intervening property under separate ownership from the parcel being provided access.
Access Easement means the non-exclusive easement created in favor of Tenant pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.3 hereof for the purpose of providing vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to, from, between and among the (i) Amphitheater Tract, (ii) the public rights of way abutting the boundaries of the Entire Tract and (iii) the Parking Facilities.
Access Easement means an easement that is appurtenant to real estate and that provides ingress and egress between the real estate and a public road by means of a private road or driveway.

More Definitions of Access Easement

Access Easement means a non-exclusive easement across the Site providing access from Beach Boulevard to the WIG Property, as generally shown on the Site Map, including a methodology for the allocation of costs with respect to the operation and maintenance of the Access Easement.
