Accident or Accidental means a sudden, unforeseen and involuntary event caused by external, visible and violent means.
The following definitions apply to benefits of this Policy where applicable: Accident or Accidental means a sudden, unforeseen, fortuitous, violent, visible and specific event caused external to the body which occurs at an identifiable time and place during the Period of Insurance.
Accident or Accidental means a sudden, external and identifiable event that happens by chance and could not have been expected from the perspective of the Insured.
Accident or Accidental means an event that: (1) was unintended, unanticipated, unforeseen, unplanned and unexpected; (2) occurred at a specifically identifiable time and place; (3) occurred by chance or from unknown causes; and (4) directly (independent of sickness, disease, mental incapacity, bodily infirmity or any other cause) resulted in Bodily Injury and occurred during the Policy Period.
