Accidental Loss or Damage definition

Accidental Loss or Damage means damage to, loss or destruction of your buildings or contents caused by an unintentional act, or a sudden or unexpected incident.

Accidental Loss or Damage means Loss to the Client’s Grain caused or occasioned by events not reasonably within Viterra’s control.

Accidental Loss or Damage means Loss to the Client’s Bulk Wheat caused or occasioned by events not reasonably within Viterra’s control.

Examples of Accidental Loss or Damage in a sentence

• The Client must during the Term maintain an insurance policy covering the common insurable risks of Accidental Loss or Damage to Bulk Wheat at a Port Terminal.

• Subject to clause 9.3, where the Client’s Grain is Common Stocked, Viterra may nominate and identify any particular quantity of Grain within a site comprising the Common Stocked Grain as being the Client’s Grain for the purposes of this Agreement, including, for the purposes of Outturn at the direction of the Client, sale by Viterra in exercise of its lien over the Grain, and the allocation of Accidental Loss or Damage between the Client and Other Clients.

• Viterra will at all times during the Term maintain an insurance policy covering the common insurable risks of Accidental Loss or Damage to Grain in Viterra’s care and control.

• Consistent with clause 9.1, the risk of Accidental Loss or Damage to the Client’s Bulk Wheat will, at all times, be borne by the Client.

• Any Accident, Loss, or Damage under Section 2 Optional Benefits where You have requested cover after any event causing Accidental Loss or Damage or Third Party Property Damage.

Accidental Loss or Damage means physical loss and/ or damage which occurs by Accident.

Agreement means this agreement, the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual and all schedules, annexures and attachments. AQIS means Australian Quarantine Inspection Services. Associated Entity has the meaning given to that term by the Corporations Act.

Accidental Loss or Damage means damage that occurs without intent.
