Accommodations Outstanding means, at any time,
Accommodations Outstanding means, at any time, under a Credit Facility or under the Credit Facilities, as applicable and in aggregate, but subject as provided in the next following sentence:
Accommodations Outstanding means, at any time, in relation to (a) the Borrower and all Term Loan Lenders, the principal amount of all Accommodations outstanding at such time made to the Borrower, and (b) the Borrower and each Term Loan Lender, the principal amount of all Accommodations outstanding at such time made by such Term Loan Lender under its Term Loan Commitment.

The Borrowers may, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, prepay Accommodations Outstanding under the Revolving Credit Facility, and reduce the Commitments (upon three Business Days’ prior notice), at any time without premium or penalty.
The Agent shall maintain at one of its offices in Toronto, Ontario a copy of each Assignment and Assumption delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments of, and principal amounts (and stated interest) of the Accommodations Outstanding owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”).
In such case, the Borrowers shall pay to the applicable Lenders in accordance with such notice the amount of such prepayment or the amount by which the Accommodations Outstanding under the Credit Facility exceed the proposed reduced Commitment.
The Administrative Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of the Borrowers, shall maintain at one of its offices in New York, New York a copy of each Assignment and Assumption delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments of, and principal amounts of the Accommodations Outstanding owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”).
The unused portion of the Term Loan Commitment shall be permanently cancelled on the Closing Date and the Term Loan Commitment shall be permanently reduced by the amount by which the Accommodations Outstanding under the Term Loan Facility on such date are less than the Term Loan Commitment on such date.

Accommodations Outstanding means, at any time, (a) in relation to (a) all Revolving Credit Borrowers and all Revolving Credit Lenders, the amount of all Accommodations outstanding thereunder at such time made to the Revolving Credit Borrowers by the Revolving Credit Lenders, and (b) each Revolving Credit Borrower and each Revolving Credit Lender, the amount of all Accommodations outstanding at such time made to such Revolving Credit Borrower by such Revolving Credit Lender under its Revolving Credit Commitment; (b) in respect of Documentary Credits, in relation to all Revolving Credit Borrowers and all Documentary Credit Lenders, the Face Amount of all Documentary Credits outstanding at such time issued by each Documentary Credit Lender to any of the Borrowers (and, for greater certainty, including any Existing Documentary Credits that remain outstanding); and (c) in respect of Swing Line Advances, in relation to (a) all Revolving Credit Borrowers and all Swing Line Lenders, the amount of all Swing Line Advances outstanding thereunder at such time made to the Revolving Credit Borrowers by the Swing Line Lenders, and (b) each Revolving Credit Borrower and each Swing Line Lender, the amount of all Swing Line Advances outstanding at such time made to such Revolving Credit Borrower by such Swing Line Lender under its Swing Line Commitment. In determining Accommodations Outstanding, the aggregate amount thereof shall be determined on the basis of the aggregate principal amount of all Advances and an amount equal to the Face Amount of all Documentary Credits for which any of the Revolving Credit Lenders are contingently liable pursuant to Section 4.05 (and in respect of each Revolving Credit Lender, a ratable part of such amount). For purposes of determining amounts of borrowing availability under the Revolving Credit Facility and Section 2.06
Accommodations Outstanding means, at any time in relation to (a) a Borrower and any Lender, the amount of all Accommodations outstanding thereunder made to such Borrower by such Lender; (b) a Borrower and all Lenders, the amount of all Accommodations outstanding thereunder made to such Borrower by the Lenders, (c) the Borrowers and any Lender, the amount of all Accommodations outstanding thereunder made to the Borrowers by such Lender; and (d) the Borrower and all Lenders, the amount of all Accommodations outstanding thereunder made to the Borrowers by the Lenders. In determining Accommodations Outstanding, the aggregate amount thereof shall be determined on the basis of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Advances, the aggregate Face Amount of all outstanding BA Instruments (if any) which any applicable Lender has purchased or arranged to have purchased and the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Swingline Advances for which the Lenders are contingently liable pursuant to ARTICLE 3 and the aggregate Face Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit for which the Lenders are contingently liable pursuant to ARTICLE 5. In determining Accommodations Outstanding, the foregoing amounts shall be expressed in U.S. Dollars and each relevant amount denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be converted (for purposes of such determination only) into its Equivalent Amount in U.S. Dollars as of the date of determination.

In determining Accommodations Outstanding, the foregoing amounts shall be expressed in U.S. Dollars and each relevant amount denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be converted (for purposes of such determination only) into its Equivalent Amount in U.S. Dollars as of the date of determination.
Accommodations Outstanding means, in relation to the Borrower and any Lender at any time under the Credit Facility, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Advances made by the Lender under the Credit Facility and, in relation to the Borrower and all Lenders, means the sum of the Accommodations Outstanding to each Lender.
Accommodations Outstanding means Tranche A Accommodations Outstanding or Tranche B Accommodations Outstanding, as applicable.
Accommodations Outstanding means an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Advances made by the Lender, (ii) the aggregate Face Amount of all outstanding Bankers' Acceptances, completed Drafts and BA Equivalent Notes which the Lender has purchased, and (iii) the aggregate Face Amount of all Documentary Credits for which the Lender is contingently liable. In determining Accommodations Outstanding, the foregoing amounts shall be expressed in Canadian dollars and each relevant U.S. Dollar amount shall be converted, for purposes of such calculation, into its Equivalent Cdn. $ Amount, as of the relevant day.
Accommodations Outstanding means, at any particular date of determination with respect to the Facility, the aggregate outstanding amount of all Accommodations made under such Facility as of such date including the Aggregate Revolver Outstandings and the Aggregate Actual Hedge Exposure.
