Account Assets definition

Account Assets means all Deposits, Securities, securities entitlements and any other assets held in trust, or in any custody, subcustody, safekeeping, investment management accounts, or other accounts of the undersigned with the Bank or any other custodian, trustee, Intermediary or Clearing System (all of which shall be considered “financial assets” under the UCC).
Account Assets means the assets in the segregated portfolio plus any assets held in the general account or a separate account to meet the asset maintenance requirements.
Account Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

Examples of Account Assets in a sentence

  • If there is no activity in your Account (other than periodic interest payments or similar transactions initiated by us) for a prolonged period, as determined by the law of the relevant state (typically the state listed as your Account statement address in our records), your Account may be deemed abandoned, in which case we will turn over the Account Assets in your Account to the appropriate state authority, as required under applicable law.

  • Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, once we have turned over your abandoned Account Assets to the relevant state authority, we will have no further obligation to you with respect to the Account, and you must apply to the relevant state authority to reclaim your property.


More Definitions of Account Assets

Account Assets means the assets and any unrealized income, profit or gain (or loss) from, those assets in the Account from time to time. Unless specifically described otherwise, Account Assets shall be valued at market.
Account Assets means all assets and property of any type and description held, controlled and managed by the Manager or its duly appointed agents on your behalf acting as your portfolio manager, including the Balance, and any sums credited to your Investment Account or any sums held in trust by the Manager on your behalf.
Account Assets means Cash Assets together with Investment Assets.
Account Assets means separate account assets plus any assets held in the general account or a supplemental account utilized to meet the asset maintenance requirements.
Account Assets means the cash or any cash‐equivalent assets held in your Account.
Account Assets means, collectively, with respect to Accounts or CoBank Accounts (as defined in the Collateral Agreement), as the case may be, all such Accounts or CoBank Accounts, together with (a) all right, title and interest in and to all contracts that relate to any of such accounts; (b) all security interests or liens and property subject thereto from time to time purporting to secure payment of any of such accounts, whether pursuant to the contracts related to such accounts or otherwise; (c) all UCC financing statements covering any collateral securing payment of any of such accounts; (d) all guarantees and other agreements or arrangements of whatever character from time to time supporting or securing payment of any of such accounts whether pursuant to the contracts related to any of such accounts or otherwise; (e) all interest in the merchandise, goods, products or other property (including any that is returned), if any, the sale of which gave rise to any of such accounts; and (f) all proceeds of the foregoing.
Account Assets means all assets and property of any type and description held, controlled and managed by the Portfolio Manager or its duly appointed agents on your behalf, including the Balance, and credited to your Investment Account or any sums held in trust by the Portfolio Manager on your behalf.
