Account Control Agreement definition
Account Control Agreement means the Account Control Agreement among the Borrower, as debtor, the Collateral Agent, as secured party, and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as depository bank and Securities Intermediary, dated on or about the date hereof.
Account Control Agreement means, as to any deposit account of any Credit Party held with a bank, an agreement or agreements in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, among the Credit Party owning such deposit account, the Administrative Agent and such other bank governing such deposit account.
Account Control Agreement means an agreement in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent among the SPV, the Administrative Agent, the Account Bank pursuant to which the Administrative Agent obtains “control” within the meaning of the UCC over the Collection Account or such other account as may be applicable from time to time.

The Borrower and the Guarantors shall not maintain cash or other amounts in any deposit account or securities account, unless the Agent shall have received an Account Control Agreement in respect of each such account (other than the Excluded Accounts).

Account Control Agreement means the Account Control Agreement, dated as of the Cutoff Date, among the Issuer, as grantor, the Indenture Trustee, as secured party, and The Bank of New York Mellon, in its capacity as both a “securities intermediary” as defined in Section 8-102 of the UCC and a “bank” as defined in Section 9-102 of the UCC.
Account Control Agreement means that certain Account Control Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Purchaser, Seller and Account Bank, as the same may be amended, modified and/or restated from time to time, and/or any replacement agreement.
