Account Holder The term “Account Holder” means the person listed or identified as the holder of a Financial Account. A person, other than a Financial Institution, holding a Financial Account for the benefit of another person as an agent, a custodian, a nominee, a signatory, an investment advisor, an intermediary, or as a legal guardian, is not treated as the Account Holder. In these circumstances that other person is the Account Holder. For example in the case of a parent/child relationship where the parent is acting as a legal guardian, the child is regarded as the Account Holder. With respect to a jointly held account, each joint holder is treated as an Account Holder.

the Signature Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Party signing last in time;
E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.
Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.
Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.
Nominated Bank Account means MDL’s bank account as notified by MDL to the other Party from time to time.
Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.
Authorized Bank Account means any Officially Designated bank account to which redemption proceeds may be sent.
Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by each Holder;
Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Eligible Account Holder means any Person holding a Qualifying Deposit on the Eligibility Record Date for purposes of determining Subscription Rights and establishing subaccount balances in the liquidation account to be established pursuant to Section 15 hereof.
Date of Signature means the date of signature of this Agreement by the last party signing;
Signature Date means the date of signature of this Agreement by the Party signing last;
Sub-Investment Manager means for each Fund any sub-investment manager or sub-investment managers indicated in the relevant Supplement and any sub-investment manager that the relevant Investment Manager may appoint in the future to manage the Fund, provided that disclosure of any such sub-investment managers appointed by the Investment Managers will be provided to Shareholders upon request and details thereof will be disclosed in the periodic reports to Shareholders, and provided further that each Sub-Investment Manager may appoint a sub-investment manager/advisor to manage/advise any portion of the assets of any Fund to which it has been appointed Sub-Investment Manager in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank Rules;
Certificate Depository Agreement means the agreement among the Trust, the Depositor and The Depository Trust Company, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date, relating to the Trust Securities Certificates, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Digital Signature means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure in accordance with the provisions of section 3;
Certificate Depositary Agreement means the agreement among the Issuer Trust, the Depositor and the Depositary, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with the Relevant Clearing System which has Underlying Notes (as defined in the definition of “Global Bearer Note”) credited to its securities account from time to time;
Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.
Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;
Non-Bank Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).
