Account Opening Application definition

Account Opening Application means the account opening application (whether in paper or electronic form) in the Bank’s prescribed format as is issued by the Bank from time to time and signed by the Bank and the Customer or otherwise confirmed or accepted by them.

Account Opening Application means the Account opening application form and any appendices to the Account opening application form and any other documents prescribed by the Bank from time to time to be completed and signed by the Customer for the opening of any Account and/or application for any Facilities or Services or accommodation granted by the Bank.

Account Opening Application means the application form in the form or manner prescribed by you (whether in electronic form or otherwise) to be completed and signed by me for the opening of the Account.

Examples of Account Opening Application in a sentence

• Client shall mean in general terms, any natural or legal person to whom the Company provides services under this Agreement and specifically a person who has submitted to the Company all required Account Opening Application Form(s) and documents and who has been accepted as a Client by Company as per paragraph 5.1 of this Agreement.

• Account Opening Process shall mean the process by which the Client submits to the Company an Account Opening Application Form together with all information and documentation required for performing the Client due diligence and identification.

• Account Opening Application Form shall mean the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain, amongst other things, information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

• Account Opening Application Form shall mean the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain, amongst other things, information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his appropriateness or suitability (as applicable).

• Account Opening Process shall mean the process by which the Client submits to the Company an Account Opening Application Form together with all information and documentation required for performing the Client due diligence and identification in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

More Definitions of Account Opening Application

Account Opening Application means the Account opening application form(s) prescribed by BOC and such other document(s) as may be required by BOC from time to time duly completed and signed by the Account Holder or the Authorised Person and/or any such references as may be required by BOC from time to time for the opening of the Account;

Account Opening Application or “Application” means the account opening application form(s) prescribed by the Bank and such other document(s) as may be required by the Bank from time to time duly completed and signed by the Account Holder and/or any such references as may be required by the Bank from time to time for the opening of the Account.

Account Opening Application means the application submitted by you to the Branch to open one or more Account(s) at the Branch.

Account Opening Application means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain, among other things, information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Laws and Regulations.

Account Opening Application means the application/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services, under this Agreement, and the opening of the trading account(s) whereby the Company will obtain, amongst other things, information about the Client’s identification, experience, used for performing categorisation and appropriateness and/or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable legislative requirements; “Affiliate” shall mean, in relation to the Company, any entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Company, or any entity directly or indirectly under common control with the Company;

Account Opening Application means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain, among other things, information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Laws and Regulations.

Account Opening Application means any account opening document signed by or for and on behalf of the Customer in connection with the opening of one or more Accounts as may be supplemented or varied from time to time.
