Account Schedule definition

Account Schedule means a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of Accounts, identified by account number, and setting forth, with respect to each Account, the aggregate amount outstanding in such Account (a) on the Initial Cut-Off Date (for the Account Schedule delivered on the Closing Date) and (b) on the applicable Addition Cut-Off Date (for any Account Schedule relating to Additional Accounts).
Account Schedule means a complete schedule of all Accounts that is attached to this Agreement and marked as Schedule 1. The Account Schedule may take the form of a computer file, a microfiche list, or another tangible medium that is commercially reasonable. The Account Schedule must identify each Account by account number and by the balance of the Receivables existing in that Account on the Closing Date (for each Initial Account) or the related Addition Date (for each Additional Account).
Account Schedule means the Initial Account Schedule, as the same may be from time to time supplemented by the Additional Account Schedules, amended by the Redesignated Account Schedules, or otherwise modified.

Examples of Account Schedule in a sentence

  • Neither Seller nor Account Owner has offered any settlement options to the Cardholders of any Accounts that were (i) contained on the Account Schedule and (ii) less than 90 days delinquent, other than in accordance with the Policies and Procedures.

  • As of the Cut-Off Time, each Receivable identified on the Account Schedule is an Eligible Receivable.

Account Schedule means a complete schedule of all Accounts that is attached to this Agreement and marked as Schedule 1. The Account Schedule must identify each Account by account number and by the balance of the Receivables existing in that Account on the Amendment Closing Date (for each Initial Account) or the related Addition Date (for each Additional Account).
Account Schedule means a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of (i) Accounts, identified by account number, and setting forth, with respect to each Account, the aggregate amount outstanding in such Account, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables outstanding in such Account and any amount on deposit in and/or credited to any related Deposit Account, each (a) on the Initial Cut-Off Date (for the Account Schedule delivered on the Substitution Date), (b) on or prior to the Determination Date immediately succeeding the related Monthly Period (for any Account Schedule relating to Automatic Additional Accounts) and (c) on the Additional Cut-Off Date (for any Account Schedule relating to Additional Accounts designated under Section 2.08(a) or (b)), and (ii) Participation Interests, identified with particularity, and setting forth comparable information.
Account Schedule means the schedule of Accounts (which schedule may be in the form of a computer file or microfiche) of the Transferor delivered to the Agent on the Closing Date, as amended or modified from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
