Accounting Agent definition

Accounting Agent shall have the meaning designated in Section 5.2(g) hereof.

  • Subject to Section XVII.B below, the Accounting Agent shall preserve for the period required by law the records required to be maintained thereunder.

  • If, prior to the Accounting Agent’s calculation of the current NAV, the Trust or its third-party agent notifies the Accounting Agent that any of its accounting services are erroneous in any material respect, the Accounting Agent shall endeavor in a timely manner to correct such failure.

  • The Trust’s failure to provide such timely notice shall excuse the Accounting Agent from the performance of such duties, but only to the extent the Accounting Agent’s performance is prejudiced by the Trust’s failure.

Related to Accounting Agent

  • Accounting Date means the thirtieth day of June in each year and any interim date on which the financial statements of the Trust are drawn up. Provided that the Management Company may, with the written consent of the Trustee and after obtaining approval from the Commission and the Commissioner of Income Tax may change such date to any other date and such change shall be intimated to the Commission.
