Accounting Technician definition

Accounting Technician means a person who has satisfied the requirements for registration as an Accounting Technician under this Act;
Accounting Technician means an individual who has passed the qualifying examinations prescribed by the Council and has been duly awarded a certificate to that effect by the Institute consistent with the provisions of subsection 4 of Section 14 of this Act.
Accounting Technician means a person registered by the Board having met the conditions stipulated for that registration;

  • Clinician means a State licensed physician, except if the

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment.
