Accrued Incentive Amount definition
Accrued Incentive Amount means the aggregate amount accrued by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in respect of certain Veralto Employees selected by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under any cash incentive compensation and sales commission programs applicable to such Veralto Employees and unpaid as of the date on which the employment or services of such Veralto Employees are transferred to Veralto.
Accrued Incentive Amount means the aggregate amount accrued by Holcim in respect of certain Holcim Transferees selected by Holcim under any cash incentive compensation and sales commission programs applicable to such Holcim Transferees and unpaid as of the date on which the employment or services of such Holcim Transferees are transferred to SpinCo or a member of the SpinCo Group.
Accrued Incentive Amount means the aggregate amount accrued by New Worthington in respect of Worthington Steel Employees under any New Worthington cash incentive compensation and sales commission plans and programs (including, without limitation, the New Worthington AIP) applicable to such Worthington Steel Employees and unpaid as of the date on which the employment or services of such Worthington Steel Employees are transferred to the Worthington Steel Group.
Examples of Accrued Incentive Amount in a sentence
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or the Separation Agreement to the contrary, (a) Fortive shall not transfer assets in respect of the Accrued Incentive Amount or the Open Incentive Obligations, and (b) effective as of the date on which the employment of the applicable Ralliant Employees is transferred to Ralliant, Ralliant shall assume and perform, discharge, fulfill and satisfy all Liabilities and obligations in respect of the Accrued Incentive Amount and the Open Incentive Obligations.
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or the Separation Agreement to the contrary, (i) Holcim shall not transfer assets in respect of the Accrued Incentive Amount or the Open Incentive Obligations and (ii) effective as of the date on which the employment of the applicable SpinCo Group Employees is transferred to SpinCo, SpinCo shall assume all Liabilities and obligations in respect of the Accrued Incentive Amount and the Open Incentive Obligations.

Accrued Incentive Amount means the aggregate amount accrued by Fortive in respect of Vontier Employees under any cash incentive compensation and sales commission programs applicable to such Vontier Employees and unpaid as of the date on which the employment or services of such Vontier Employees are transferred to Vontier.
Accrued Incentive Amount means the aggregate amount accrued by Fortive in respect of Ralliant Employees under any cash incentive compensation and sales commission programs applicable to such Ralliant Employees and unpaid as of the date on which the employment or services of such Ralliant Employees are transferred to Ralliant.
