Accrued Value definition

Accrued Value means $1,000 per share, as the same may be increased pursuant to SECTION 2.
Accrued Value means, with respect to a share of Series A Preferred Stock, as at any date, the sum of (as adjusted for any split, subdivision, combination, consolidation, recapitalization or similar event with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock) (i) the Stated Value plus (ii) an amount equal to the aggregate of all accrued but unpaid dividends (whether or not declared) on such share through and including such date which have been added to Accrued Value pursuant to Section 3(a)(ii).
Accrued Value means, with respect to each share of Series C Preferred Stock, the sum (as adjusted for stock dividends, stock splits, combinations, recapitalizations or other similar events affecting the Series C Preferred Stock) of (i) the Original Purchase Price plus (ii) on each anniversary of the Issue Date an additional amount equal to any dividends on a share of Series C Preferred Stock which have accrued on any annual dividend payment date and not previously added to the definition of Accrued Value.
