Accumulation Period Length definition

Accumulation Period Length means 12 months; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Period Length shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Period Length” in the Indenture Supplement.
Accumulation Period Length shall have the meaning assigned such term in subsection 4.9(e).
Accumulation Period Length means, for a Determination Date, the number of Collection Periods needed for the sum of the Accumulation Period Factors for those Collection Periods to be equal to or greater than the Required Accumulation Factor Number for that Determination Date.

More Definitions of Accumulation Period Length

Accumulation Period Length shall have the meaning assigned such term -------------------------- in subsection 4.09(i) of the Agreement.
