Acknowledgement of means an acknowledgement by the Buyer in Receipt of Notice" respect of a Contract, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 or in such other form as the Bank may, in its absolute and sole discretion, agree to in respect of any Contract;

Trust can only be regained through full elucidation and recognition of the truth. • Reparations for the victims: Victims have the right to be compensated for the injury and loss suffered because of the conflict. Restoring victims’ rights and changing their lives for the better, in an end-of-conflict scenario, is a fundamental aspect of building a stable and long- lasting peace. • Guarantees of protection and security: Protecting the lives and the personal integrity of the victims is the first step towards realisation of their other rights. • Guarantees of non-recurrence: The end of the conflict and the implementation of the reforms ensuing from the Final Agreement are the main guarantee of non-recurrence and the way to ensure that there will be no further generations of victims. The measures adopted both in Chapter 5 and in the other items of the Agenda should be aimed at guaranteeing non- recurrence in order to ensure that no Colombian will ever become a victim or face the risk of becoming one again.

Examples of Acknowledgement of in a sentence

  • Acknowledgement of receipt of such Addenda shall be listed in the Bid Form by the Contractor.

  • An Acknowledgement of Receipt is required unless stipulated in the Contract to the contrary.

  • Where an Acknowledgement of Receipt is required, the receiver of the Message to be acknowledged shall ensure that the acknowledgement or a rejection is sent within the time limit specified in the Contract or in Annex A to this Agreement if applicable or, if no limit is specified, within a reasonable period of time.

  • Where an Acknowledgement of Receipt is required, if the sender does not receive the Acknowledgement of Receipt or rejection within the time limit applicable, or, if no time limit is specified, within a reasonable time, the sender may, upon giving notice to the receiver, treat the message as having no force or effect.

  • Except where the Interchange of Messages takes place solely within DECS, immediately upon receipt of a Message at its receipt computer, the receiving party’s receipt computer shall automatically transmit a Functional Acknowledgement in return and additionally the sender may request an Acknowledgement of Receipt.

  • In the event the Customer is permitted by law or policy to obtain title and registration independent of the Contractor, and chooses to obtain title and registration independent of the Contractor, the Customer will notify the Contractor in writing of this decision no later than three Business Days following receipt of the Acknowledgement of Order form.

  • Acknowledgement of this Order, including without limitation, by beginning performance of the work called for by this Order, shall be deemed acceptance of this Order.

  • Acknowledgement of the receipt of addenda to the RFA issued after the Application due date shall be in the manner specified in the addendum notice.

  • Repeated failures by the Contractor to timely submit completed Acknowledgement of Order Forms to the ordering Customers may be cause for default proceedings and Contract termination.

  • Submission of the Acknowledgement of Order Form is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification by the Contract Manager or Customer.

Related to Acknowledgement of

  • Acknowledgement of Receipt means the procedure by which, on receipt of a Message, the logical presentation or form are checked, and a corresponding acknowledgement or rejection is sent by the receiver;

  • Acknowledgement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(B).

  • Order Acknowledgement means the date when Voip Unlimited sends the customer an order acknowledgement email to the technical and order contact as specified on the Service order form or Customer requirement form.
